Refund Policy

Effective as of October 15, 2026

We want you to pay for Pulsiko only if it works for you. Here's how the free trial, cancellations and refunds work.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record): Paddle makes the charge, issues the receipt and returns the money when applicable.

1. Free trial

The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial (1 month with the beta founder price). If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. We email you 2 days before the first charge. The monthly plan has no trial, but your first workout is free and needs no card.

2. Full refund within 14 days

You can request a full refund within 14 days after any subscription charge, whether it's the first one or a renewal, with no need to give a reason.

3. How to request a refund

Email soporte@pulsiko.app from your account email and tell us you want a refund.
You can also reply to the receipt Paddle sent you or look up your purchase at paddle.net.

We process it within 5 business days. The money goes back to the same payment method; depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days to show.

4. After 14 days

After that period there are no refunds for partial periods, except where required by law. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for and you won't be charged again.

5. Canceling your subscription

You can cancel anytime in the app, under Mi Plan → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If you had the founder price and cancel, the current price applies if you come back.

6. Right of withdrawal (Colombia)

If you're in Colombia, as a distance purchase you may also withdraw within 5 business days after subscribing, under article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute).
